Todd has an extensive background in organizational and leadership development. He is particularly
interested in the interaction between process and behavior and how to reconcile the nature of the
two. His diverse background ranges from advanced mathematics to digital transformation to
psychology to philosophy.
Todd retired from the United States Marine Corps after extensive service as an Infantry Officer,
Operational & Strategic Planner, and International Military Advisor. He deployed to diverse and
complex environments including Asian-Pacific jungles, Iraqi deserts, and ship-based operations
off the coast of Libya. These deployments put him in the middle of some of the most important
operations in the past decade and highlighted his ability to connect, influence, and adapt. His
staff tours were as diverse ranging from deep analytic work on the reutilization and replacement
of war-worn equipment to cutting-edge combat concepts and tactics exploration.
Previously, Todd was the Senior Manager of Leadership Development at a high-growth,
nationally recognized media and insurance firm. He also led his own private consulting and
coaching practice, focused on capacity building and leadership development for small
businesses and non-profits.
Todd holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, a
Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University,
and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. He is a graduate
of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and a Professional Certified Coach
(PCC).
